We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after order processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping for our customers and there is No Minimum spend required.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your provided communication method. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Cash on Delivery Policy
At FLAMINK FASHION AND BEAUTY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to offer a convenient and secure shopping experience for our customers. We understand that some customers may prefer to pay for their purchases upon receiving the product. Therefore, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for all our Women's Ethnic Wear collections.
Key Points of Our COD Policy:
Payment Method:
- The total order amount is to be paid in cash to the delivery executive at the time of receiving the product.
- We do not accept cheques, bank transfers, or any other payment methods for COD orders.
Failed COD Delivery:
- If the customer refuses the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and may not offer COD as a payment option for future purchases.
- In case of repeated failed deliveries, we may limit the ability to place COD orders for the customer.
Refund Policy for COD Orders:
- For returns or exchanges of COD orders, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy and will be made via bank transfer, or any other preferred method (excluding cash refund).
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the address to receive the order and make the payment in cash.
- In case of a discrepancy in the amount, the delivery executive will not be able to release the order.
COD Restrictions:
- It is required that the package must be opened after the cash is given to the delivery executive.
